All these different experiences gave him a solid understanding of extensive testing and safety procedures from which he was able to expand his knowledge in food safety. Since 2018, having served as the Director of Business Development and Compliance at STC, Dr. Lee has overseen the initiative to grow its global reputation as a food safety testing company.
