Simon-Kucher, a global commercial growth and pricing consultancy, has appointed Falko Graf-Meisner as Partner in its Healthcare & Life Sciences division, based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Graf-Meisner brings more than 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, with a strong record of helping organisations boost sales and marketing performance. He began his career as an Associate at ZS before joining Leo Pharma as a Sales Force Excellence Manager. He later returned to ZS, spending 11 years advising life sciences companies on commercial strategy, eventually becoming an Associate Principal and leading the firm’s Frankfurt office. He most recently spent two years at IQVIA as Senior Principal.
Graf-Meisner said the pace of change in the life sciences industry had never been greater, adding that he had long been passionate about turning commercial strategy into strong customer engagement and measurable results. He said he was keen to work with Simon-Kucher’s teams to help clients accelerate commercial excellence and improve patient access to innovative therapies.
Simon-Kucher Partner Dominic Seitz said Graf-Meisner combined deep pharmaceutical expertise with extensive experience leading complex commercial strategy programmes. He added that this strengthened the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice and its ability to support clients in a complex market environment.
Graf-Meisner holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Würzburg, where his research focused on neurovirology and neurodegenerative diseases. His scientific background combined with consulting expertise allows him to bridge innovation with practical business strategy.
The appointment reflects Simon-Kucher’s continued investment in expanding its healthcare capabilities.
