Key Facts-

  • Clarity Consulting works with NHS organisations, local government bodies, and private and charitable sector clients to improve healthcare systems and operational value.
  • FourCentric has grown through multiple acquisitions since 2020, and Clarity becomes its eighth company, taking the group’s workforce to more than 200 employees.

Background-

FourCentric bought Clarity Consulting to grow its healthcare and operations advisory services, boosting its footprint in the sector focused on transforming health and care delivery. The company said the move will help it support organizations working in complex and resource-heavy environments more effectively.

The consultancy, which focuses on supply chain and operations, stated that Clarity Consulting’s expertise will add value to its existing services. Leadership said the combination will improve the way the group delivers outcomes for healthcare clients, especially in large and complex programmes.

Clarity Consulting works with NHS organizations, local government bodies, and private and charitable sector clients. It focuses on improving value for money, building system-wide change, and working directly with client teams to strengthen long-term capability rather than only offering advice.

Since starting up in 2020, FourCentric has been expanding at a steady clip. With private equity money behind it, the company has grown by buying up firms like 4C Associates, Ebit, Anvil Analytical, Procure4, Henkan, Progressio, and Evolve Commercial. This newest purchase is number eight and brings Clarity Consulting into the fold.

The acquisition also increases the group’s workforce to more than 200 employees. The company said the addition brings stronger leadership capability and deeper expertise in healthcare system transformation alongside its commercial and operational strengths.

Both firms said they have worked together informally over the past few years. They added that the integration is a natural next step and will help them scale services for larger and more complex projects across the care sector.

Following the deal, FourCentric said it aims to expand its reach further in the healthcare market and improve delivery outcomes for clients across the UK and other regions.
