Anthony joined a panel of healthcare and innovation leaders to evaluate six startup finalists presenting breakthrough healthcare solutions spanning biotechnology, digital health and life sciences. Judges scored each company on innovation, feasibility, presentation quality and its ability to field questions from the panel.
Warren D. Marcus, Ph.D., co-founder and chief executive officer of Wink Biotherapeutics, led his healthcare startup to the top prize for its pioneering RNA therapeutics platform. The technology uses precision-targeted RNA to advance potential treatments for Type 1 diabetes and solid tumors.
As grand prize winner, Wink Biotherapeutics secured a sponsored exhibition opportunity at WHX Dubai 2027, a complimentary exhibition stand at WHX Miami 2027, and a 30-day executive mentorship program tied to its healthcare innovation work.
