Background-

Rokit Healthcare has entered the Saudi Arabian healthcare market through a technology licensing and access agreement with LifeHope, expanding its AI-based chronic disease prediction business in the Middle East.

Under the agreement, Rokit Healthcare will integrate its chronic kidney disease prediction algorithm into LifeHope’s Longevity Platform for use in Saudi Arabia. The company said the partnership will support the introduction of AI-driven disease prediction and management services across the local healthcare sector.

The deal was structured in partnership with LifeHope and Albayat Medical, which operates healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia. Through its links with hospital networks and insurance systems, LifeHope will support the commercialization and adoption of the platform in the country.

Rokit Healthcare said the agreement establishes a recurring revenue model through royalties tied to net sales generated by the platform. The company will provide the prediction algorithm while retaining ownership of its core technologies, including source code, datasets and AI architecture.

Saudi Arabia is considered a high-potential market for chronic kidney disease screening due to rising cases of diabetes and hypertension. Industry estimates show millions of adults in the country fall into high-risk groups linked to kidney disease. The company said growing healthcare demand and preventive care initiatives are expected to support adoption of predictive screening technologies.

Rokit Healthcare also plans to use Saudi Arabia as a regional base for expansion into other Gulf countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait. The company said healthcare demand across the Gulf region could create wider growth opportunities for its AI prediction platform business.
