South Carolina-Based RCM Front Runner Earns National Top Marks in Debt Collection Services

On February 5, RSi was awarded “Best in KLAS” in the 2025 Best in KLAS Awards Software and Services Report Debt Collection category. The “Best in KLAS” report and ensuing awards annually produced by KLAS Research recognizes software and services companies that excel in helping healthcare organizations accomplish their goals. Rankings are a direct result of feedback collected throughout the year from thousands of professionals at provider and payer organizations.

“Our journey to an award-winning revenue cycle management (RCM) service provider with national reach has been driven by a relentless focus on our client’s success,” said Brent Rollins, Chief Executive Officer of RSi. “The RCM climate is more competitive than ever, with hospitals and healthcare systems facing mounting financial pressures, evolving regulations, and rising patient expectations. Our clients demand more than just another RCM vendor—they need service providers that bring innovation, efficiency, and a deep understanding of both technology and patient financial engagement challenges. We are delighted to add this recognition to our body of work and brand reputation.”

RSi’s monumental growth over the past decade is no accident; it is the result of deliberate strategies centered on talent and client satisfaction. RSi also has been repeatedly recognized as a “Top Workplace” employer, earning accolades for exceptional employee engagement, leadership, and workplace culture. In 2024, the Company was named the “Most Trusted Revenue Cycle Management Company” by Insights Care. These awards reflect the brand’s commitment to fostering an environment where employees thrive. RSi’s culture is not solely about recognition—it is about results. This philosophy highlights RSi’s commitment to exceeding client expectations and becoming an essential contributor to their success.

RSi’s Chief Client Officer, Estelle Barnes, also commented on the recent KLAS win, “This prestigious designation affirms that RSi ranks number one for its overall excellence in culture, client loyalty, operations performance, services delivery, relationships, and overall value against peer organizations surveyed. There is no greater endorsement than the trust of our clients, who recognize RSi as a true extension of their team.”
