My journey into the realm of 5-MeO-DMT and the broader psychedelic landscape has been both transformative and purposeful. Living in Mexico, I lead retreats at Tandava Retreats, with a special focus particularly on supporting women survivors of sexual trauma. This work has deepened my understanding of the profound healing potential of 5-MeO-DMT. Recognizing a gap in comprehensive, ethical, and safe educational resources on 5-MeO-DMT, I co-founded F.I.V.E. (5-MeO-DMT Information and Vital Education).
